Let me be your path to wellness. Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapist and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.
I started my journey understanding the body in high school where I started training in martial arts Qi gong. I found yoga in 2011 and practice regularly. I graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage Therapy in 2011 in De Pere, WI. We had a focus in Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Lomi-lomi, Swedish/deep tissue. I have been continuing my education with a passion. Constantly looking for new mentors and classes to take so I can find the most effective techniques to suit your needs.
Using all of my knowledge and modalities I will customize a massage to fit your needs. Whether you are experiencing lower back pain, neck issues or chronic pain of any kind I can refine a massage program to make you happy and healthy again.
