Let me be your path to wellness. Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapist and a firm believer in a holistic but clinical approach to healing.
Bio
I recently moved to West Conshohocken with my fiancé, who grew up in Wayne PA. I started my journey understanding the body in high school where I started training in martial arts. I found yoga in 2011 and practice regularly. I graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage Therapy in 2011 in De Pere, WI. We had a focus in Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Lomi-lomi, Swedish/deep tissue. I have been continuing my education with a passion, taking 2-5 classes a year, and finding brilliant instructors to understudy with. In 2013 I moved to Denver CO and continued my education of the human body there for 10 years. I am constantly looking for new mentors, and classes to take so I can find the most effective techniques to suit your needs. I am very excited to be in a new region of the United States to have a new pool of teachers to find.
